AFNORTH international School Conducts Emergency Exercise
Brunssum, the Netherlands - JFC Brunssum’s Security & Emergency Services Branch worked closely alongside the Netherlands’ Royal Marechaussee (the Netherlands Military Police), Netherlands National Police, DBBO guards and local government in support of the AFNORTH International School’s (AIS) annual emergency exercise Tuesday 26th February.
The emergency exercise at AIS was led by the Netherlands Royal Marechaussee as they have a statutory responsibility to react in the case of an emergency situation at the school.
Note: The AFNORTH International School is a Dutch Foundation with 4 contributing nations: United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Germany. Although JFC Brunssum and AIS are not in a command relationship, a very strong bond of cooperation and mutual support exists between the two.
