Canadian Military Representative Visits JFC Brunssum


Brunssum, the Netherlands - The Military Representative of Canada to NATO, Vice Admiral Darren Hawco, made his first visit to Joint Force Command Brunssum (JFCBS) since assuming his position in August 2018.

Vice Admiral Hawco was hosted by JFCBS Deputy Commander, Lieutenant General Juan Campins, and was briefed on the current status of JFC Brunssum missions, tasks and activities. The Admiral then had a round-table discussion, focusing on the NATO Command Structure Adaptation and, amongst other issues, JFCBS' role in NATO's enhanced Forward Presence on its North Eastern flank.
