Europa-Union Deutschland Group Visits JFC Brunssum

Brunssum, the Netherlands – Today, Tuesday 15th October, twelve members of the Europa-Union Deutschland e.V. (EUD) group visited Headquarters JFC Brunssum (JFCBS).

Founded in 1946 and based in Berlin (Germany), EUD is the German branch of the Union of European Federalists (UEF), a non-governmental organization advocating a federalist European integration.

Visitors had the opportunity to attend briefings regarding NATO’s over-arching structure but also with regard to the missions and activities conducted by JFC Brunssum.

Europa-Union Deutschland participants articulated their thanks for the briefings stating that, as a result, they had significantly increased their knowledge of the Alliance’s responsibilities and resilience, reinforcing the importance of the long-standing NATO-EU partnership.
