Brunssum, the Netherlands – Thursday 17^th October, forty members of the 7^th Support Battalion from UNNA German Armed Forces visited Headquarters JFC Brunssum (JFCBS).

The visit provided the group a unique opportunity to get an overview of NATO’s history and missions but also an insight into JFC Brunssum’s over-arching structure and main operations.

As a result of this constructive afternoon, the group expressed their appreciation as they gained substantive knowledge of the Alliance’s responsibilities on a political and operational level. This meaningful visit highlighted the importance of raising awareness about NATO among national military at all ages and bring them closer to the Organisation.
