NSPA General Manager Visits JFC Brunssum

Brunssum, the Netherlands – The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) General Manager, Mr Peter Dohmen, visited JFC Brunssum today. Whilst at the HQs his programme included an office call with the Deputy Commander, Lieutenant General Stuart Skeates, CBE, and a Round Table Discussion with key Support Division staff. The aim of the visit was to further develop mutual understanding and strengthen working relationships whilst maintaining an open dialogue to solve ongoing issues related to the Brunssum Area of Responsibilities.

 

NSPA is a customer-funded agency, operating on a "no profit - no loss" basis. The NSPA is the executive body of the NATO Support and Procurement Organisation (NSPO), of which all 29 NATO nations are members. The mission of the NATO Support and Procurement Organisation is to provide responsive, effective and cost-efficient acquisition, including armaments procurement; logistics; operational and systems support and services to the Allies, NATO Military Authorities and partner nations, individually and collectively, in time of peace, crisis and war, in order to maximize the ability and flexibility of their armed forces, contingents, and other relevant organisations, within the guidance provided by the North Atlantic Council, to execute their core missions.
