Resolute Support Mission Deputy Commander visits JFC Brunssum

Brunssum, the Netherlands – Monday, 14 October, Lieutenant-General Salvatore Camporeale, the outgoing Deputy Commander of NATO’s Resolute Support Mission (RSM) in Afghanistan, visited Headquarters JFC Brunssum. The visit provided an opportunity to better understand the current situation on the ground, shape planning efforts for the future and ensure valuable lessons are learned to progress NATO's campaign in-theatre. General Erhard Bühler, Commander JFC Brunssum, and Lieutenant General Camporeale seized the opportunity to share their experiences, highlighting the close cooperation and strong communication between the two headquarters.

Lieutenant General Camporeale also took time to meet Italian personnel based at JFC Brunssum, expressing his appreciation for their dedication and professionalism.
