Commander NATO Special Operations Headquarters visits JFC BRUNSSUM

Brunssum, the Netherlands – Wednesday 4th March, Commander NATO Special Operations Headquarters (NSHQ), Lieutenant General Eric Wendt, visited Joint Force Command Brunssum (JFCBS). 

This was the first visit by Lieutenant General Wendt. NSHQ provides strategic Special Operations Forces (SOF) advice to NATO, and coordinates the development of SOF capability and interoperability for Allies and Partners. 

 The purpose of the visit was to strengthen relationships with JFCBS and to exchange views on Special Operations roles within NATO.
