NATOs Assistant Secretary General for Operations Conducts Virtual Meeting With JFC Brunssum Commander

Brunssum, the Netherlands – Thursday 8th October, Dr John Manza, Assistant Secretary for Operations (ASG-Ops) conducted a video-teleconference (VTC) with General Vollmer, Commander Joint Force Command Brunssum (JFCBS).

The VTC served as an opportunity for Dr Manza and General Vollmer to discuss the vital support afforded to the Resolute Support Mission (RSM), in Afghanistan, by JFCBS. RSM, together with NATO’s operations in Iraq and Kosovo, plus all NATO exercises and plans are included in Dr Manza’s expansive portfolio of work. JFCBS personnel continue to be strongly committed to the RSM to ensure the country never again becomes a safe haven for international terrorists.
