Brunssum, The Netherlands – Chief of Staff to the Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, Vice Admiral Guy Robinson, visited Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum (JFCBS), 29th March, 2023.
Commander JFC Brunssum, General Guglielmo Luigi Miglietta, hosted Vice Adm. Robinson during his visit and took the opportunity to officially introduce him to JFC Brunssum and select members of its senior leadership.
After the office call with Gen. Miglietta, the Admiral attended a round table discussion with JFC Brunssum’s Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Krzysztof KRÓL, and other senior staff members. They discussed a broad range of crucial topics, including the Commander’s long-term vision and priorities, ongoing activities supporting JFC Brunssum’s Deterrence and Defence posture, current enhanced Vigilance Activities in Northern Europe, the synchronization of operational plans and the future of a variety of Command and Control relationships.

Headquarters Supreme Allied Command Transformation was activated in June 2003 to be NATO's forcing agent for change, leading the continuous improvement of Alliance capabilities to uphold NATO's global security interests.
Allied Command Transformation’s mission is to contribute to preserving the peace, security and territorial integrity of Alliance member states by leading the warfare development of military structures, forces, capabilities and doctrines. The mission must enable NATO to meet its level of ambition and core missions.
Allied Command Transformation is organized around four principal functions: strategic thinking, development of capabilities, education, training and exercises, and cooperation and engagement. These functions are reflected in the composition of Allied Command Transformation, which has its Headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia and three subordinate entities in Norway (Joint Warfare Centre), in Poland (Joint Force Training Centre) and in Portugal (Joint Analysis & Lessons Learned Centre).
