Brunssum, The Netherlands – On Wednesday 28th February, Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum (JFCBS) hosted a visit of around thirty senior officers currently attending the Czech 42nd General Staff Course.

The ‘students’ were a group of colonels and lieutenant colonels, determined to deepen their knowledge on operational level implications of international security and defence, to be used in their leader positions in the Czech military.

The group of senior officers received multiple briefings with the overarching intention of familiarizing them with the Allied Command Operations (ACO) structure. These briefings included insights on branches such as Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) and Strategic Communications, regional plans and intelligence related to the Joint Task Force in Central Europe (JTF-C).

After the briefings the senior officers were pleased to meet with JFCBS’s senior Czech personnel.
